Our 1-year limited warranty covers all parts sold by Agri-Can. This warranty covers the normal and expected use of parts. The normal maintenance of the parts must have been carried out in order to prevent breakage. Any abusive or negligent use that has led to the defect, will not be covered and cancels the warranty immediately and without further notice. Agri-Can and/or its representatives have the right to refuse a replacement or refund. The warranty is intended to comply with the laws and regulations in force in Quebec, Canada (head office of the company) in the Consumer Protection Act. - We will review the issue with you and open a return request in the system. You can even consult your request online by connecting to our website with your login details at the following link: My returns. You can track your new shipment, print your return label, and more.
- We will provide you with a return authorization number and initiate the replacement or refund process immediately. If a return of the defective part is requested, it will be at our expense. The sending of the replacement parts is of course FREE. Replacement shipment is usually on the same day.
