Description

Heavy-duty hydraulic control valve designed specifically for log splitters equipped with a double-acting cylinder.

The valve features a spring return in the splitting direction and a detent in the return direction, allowing the cylinder to retract automatically without requiring the operator to hold the lever. When the cylinder reaches the end of its return stroke and hydraulic pressure rises, the automatic kick-out mechanism releases the detent and returns the lever to neutral.

With a maximum flow rate of 18 GPM and a maximum working pressure of 3,000 psi, this valve is suitable for residential, agricultural and professional log splitters.

It is equipped with a SAE 10 ORB inlet and SAE 8 ORB work ports, making it easy to install on many North American hydraulic systems.

Ideal as a replacement valve or for the construction of a new hydraulic log splitter.
